Autumn glow to winter’s hush, where every sunrise and sunset feels like a secret worth keeping.
There’s something special about this time of year on the farm. The air turns crisp, the hills blush gold, and every sunrise seems to spill a little magic across the pasture. As daylight softens, evenings arrive slow and honey-colored, the kind that invite you to linger on the porch with a warm mug and watch the sun slip behind the barn. It's cozy season at the farm.

When the chill settles in, the animals grow fluffier, friendlier, and just a little more cuddly. The donkeys bray at dawn, the Highland cows graze through the mist, and the goats still find a way to make mischief. It’s peaceful here, the kind of quiet that clears your head and fills your heart. Whether you’re a couple craving a romantic escape or a family looking to trade city noise for open skies, we’ve got a cozy spot waiting for you.

The Highland Cottage is made for two, private, rustic, and utterly charming. Nestled at the edge of the pasture, it’s the kind of place where mornings start slow and evenings stretch long. Twinkle lights by the starry sky, spilling into the night as Highland cattle graze nearby. Inside, soft blankets and handmade touches create a space that feels both simple and special, a little slice of quiet meant for connection.
When the sun sets, pour a glass of wine, strike up the fire, and listen as the world softens around you. Outside, a thousand stars scatter across the Tennessee sky. Inside, it’s just you and the kind of stillness that lingers.

The Farmstay Apartment offers room to stretch out, perfect for families who want a home base for slow mornings, farm play, and unhurried days together. Perched just above the garage, it overlooks the barnyard where goats, sheep, alpacas, and our friendly pig graze through the day, watched over by gentle Livestock Guardian Dogs.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with everything you need to feel at home, a full kitchen for pancake breakfasts, cozy living areas for together time, and windows that frame life on the farm. Step onto the balcony and watch the sunrise spill across the pastures, painting the fields in soft gold.
Kids can wander down to greet the animals, feed a few friendly faces, give a few pets, while parents enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and the kind of peace that only comes from wide open space. Evenings invite everyone to gather again, maybe a simple meal, maybe just stories under a pink Tennessee sky. Here, days move gently, and memories seem to linger a little longer.

No matter where you stay, you’ll wake to the soft sound of animals stirring and end your day under a sky full of stars. Wander, rest, reconnect, and maybe find a bit of that “storybook” peace we all crave this time of year.

Tucked away, made for memory.
