At Little Tail Farms, we love sharing our storybook pastures and friendly animals with you. But a working farm has natural risks. By signing below, you acknowledge and accept these risks as part of your visit.
Tennessee Agritourism Warning
Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant, or damage to the property of a participant, in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury, death, or property damage results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.
Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury and damage inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death or to the damaging of your own property. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

I have read and understand the Tennessee Agritourism Warning.
I understand that participating in farm tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, contact with animals, and exposure to weather conditions.
I accept personal responsibility for my safety and the safety of any minors accompanying me.
I release Little Tail Farms, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any liability for injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in farm activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
I will follow all farm rules and staff instructions during my visit.
